I like that they dont make me feel stupid.
As a woman its hard to find a shop that doesn't speak to you like you have no clue. They explain very well whats wrong and what they are going to fix. Even shown me the parts they removed. Usually pretty quick. I've had alot of work here and been coming for over 3 years.
