I visited this shop since the shop I normally go to for a sticker had an equipment issue. Inspection failed as they discovered a worn suspension component and they were able to get me in for the repair within a week and I had them address another lingering issue. All the work was completed in one day and I left with a sticker. Throughout the process I received courtesy phone calls clearly explaining the worn component and repair costs. Overall they were very courteous and professional. Needless to say I will be returning there for my annual sticker and likely other general repairs.
