Brought my 2006 Trailblazer in for service. Not only did Eric explain to me what issue my SUV was experiencing, but he also took the time for me to understand what needs to be done, and what should be done in the upcoming future. I explained that I needed my vehicle back by a certain time and not only did he make it before my "deadline", him and his crew beat it by a few hours. Thanks for the help and I will be back for more scheduled maintenance in the near future.
