It is not acceptable for our staff to leave dirt in the interior of any customer cars. We actually have a procedure that our technicians follow where they wash their hands and bring a floor mat out to the vehicle before we pull it in. unfortunately with the shop environment sometimes dirt gets on their pants or clothing and rubs off in the vehicle. Either way we sincerely apologize and if you are in the area at all and want to stop up here we can clean the dirt for you and give you a certificate for a free oil change for the inconvenience. I apologize again and thank you for your other kind words about our shop.
