Broke my lift gate and wouldn't own up to it
I brought my Toyota Siena in for service. It came back with busted lift gate shocks. The shocks were fine 2 days ago when my wife cleaned the car out. Now, after servicing the car, it comes back with completely trashed shocks. Then they offer to show me a video of the shocks not working when the car came in. Really? You noticed the shocks were broken when it came in, but NEVER MENTIONED it as you added other things to fix? You waited until I picked up the car to tell me someone broke the lift gate shocks? Come on! The lift gate shocks were not even glitchy and now they're completely busted. I wasn't born yesterday, and I don't have time for the fix-something broke-something game. You had my trust. You lost it. I live a few blocks away, but I will drive a half hour to a mechanic I trust rather than use you again. Very disappointed.
