Broke my lift gate and wouldn't own up to it
I brought my Toyota Siena in for service. It came back with busted lift gate shocks. The shocks were fine 2 days ago when my wife cleaned the car out. Now, after servicing the car, it comes back with completely trashed shocks. Then they offer to show me a video of the shocks not working when the car came in. Really? You noticed the shocks were broken when it came in, but NEVER MENTIONED it as you added other things to fix? You waited until I picked up the car to tell me someone broke the lift gate shocks? Come on! The lift gate shocks were not even glitchy and now they're completely busted. I wasn't born yesterday, and I don't have time for the fix-something broke-something game. You had my trust. You lost it. I live a few blocks away, but I will drive a half hour to a mechanic I trust rather than use you again. Very disappointed.

Excellent service at affordable prices!
I've been going to Manyo Motors since shortly after it opened. Have found him to be extremely honest as to what repairs are needed. As a woman, Ive had several auto repair men try to bamboozle me. Finally, there is an auto repair shop I can trust. I highly and often recommend Manyo Motors to others. Wouldn't take my car anywhere rlse.

Poor Service
They gave me a wrong car diagnosis, charged me for claiming that they unbolted my master cylinder and discovered it was leaking into the brake booster which was not the case. They just opened the air intake and never bothered to put it back together and they let me drive out of their lot with a loose car. What a shame. They had my car for 5 whole days and did nothing worthy. So disappointed.

Quality service
Front desk was a little chaotic but Manyo quickly diagnosed the issue I was having and did the work I asked for affordably and well. Will return for sure.

Quick work and informative!
Took a vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection. They were quick and answered my questions. Even put together a quote for the repairs if I were to purchase the vehicle. Will definitely use them in the future!

Oil change and testing - went great!
I went in for an oil change and emissions testing so nothing crazy. The technician was very quick, and oil change was very cost friendly. There seemed to be some issues with the computers that caused slower movement at the front desk, but other than that the experience was great. Would come back.

Alway great service
I drive an older vehicle, plenty can go wrong. Manyo always has given me honest assessments, what needs to be done, what can wait. Pricing and service are great.

Excellent service with quick turnaround.
I needed an oil change and a diagnostic on that pesky "Check Engine" light. They were able check it out, get the needed parts, and complete the job in less than a day. I wouldn't consider bringing my cars to anyone else.
