Excellent experience with Cory (sales) and Brian (delivery)
I found a car I liked online, called the dealership and Cory took the call. From start to finish he offered excellent service. Cory conveyed confidence in the product he was selling and backed it up with quick, detailed, honest communication. He answered all the questions I had, ensured that I understood time line and options for payment and arranged delivery to me 2+ hours away. There were some flaws with the car (it's 7 years old, not unexpected), Cory made sure I was aware as we discussed my interest, including videos with them pointed out. When I requested a pre-purchase exam at the local Toyota dealership, he made sure to get the car there on time. He answered questions even on his day off! The car was delivered as promised by a superbly friendly man named Brian. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I am loving my new car. I was not buying the most expensive car on the lot, not by a long shot, but you would not have known that as all staff I interacted with treated me with prompt courtesy and respect.

New Vehicle Purchase
Steve Campbell is the man ! Short version is he knew all the answers to my questions regarding a major purchase on a Santa Fe Calligraphy.

Curtis the sales manager very nice and my first NEW vehicle purchase and I left feeling fantastic that I found this place. Worth the 95mi drive one way ! Ask for Steve you won’t be disappointed

Car not delivered as promised
I purchased a car on Sunday the salesman and finance guy said that they would deliver the car to my wife's work on Tuesday around 1:30pm. I call 3 times in the morning and left messages and never got a return call. I finally got ahold of someone and they had no idea what I was talking about. They said they would get back to me and did not so I called again and got the same response they would get back to me . They did not at 5pm I could not get anyone to return my call or answer the phone. I left a message for the general manager to call me and he has not yet called me I tired calling again this morning Wednesday and got voicemail I still do not have the car I purchased and no idea when I will. I can not believe the lack of customer service from this dealership. This is the second car we have purchased from them in the past 2 years and it will be the last

Manly Hyundia Dealership is one of the very best I have ever seen.
Laura Stout in the service department is absolutely 5 star.
Everyone I met at Manly Hyundai was very professional, knowledgable, honest and caring.
You just don't fined this type of excellent quality people too often. Manly Hyundai definitely has them in all departments from service to parts to customer service they are the best.
In automotive terms Manly Hyundai is firing on all cylinders. Top Notch Performance.

Best Car-Buying Experience We Have Ever Had!
When we heard from Manly Hyundai that the Tucson Hybrid we ordered had arrived and went to buy it, everything proceeded without a hitch. Our sales person, Eric Brito, had the car and all the paperwork ready for us. He gave us his full attention. No haggling, no hard sell. We were impressed with Eric's professionalism, communication, and knowledge of the vehicle. He showed us all the functions and features of the car. Our dealings with Finance Manager, Ben Steinberg, were equally excellent. He was efficient and thorough. All in all, we could not be more pleased with Manly Hyundai.

Good experience at recall appointment
I took my car in for a Hyundai recall. The staff was friendly and helpful. The wait was not too long and the service department also ran checks on my motor and tires.

Dashboard Sensor Lights
My 2012 Elantra had warning lights come on for tire pressure and air bags. Laura in the Service Department was a great help and the Car was repaired as soon as possible and ready for me to pick up. I will definitely return to Manly Hyundai for all my Hyundai repairs.

Service of vehicle
I took my vehicle for service and to address the T/P sensor. I asked for tires to be filled and rotated. Also to look at battery as I had it jumped twice recently. Laura was my contact person and made sure I had a Lift ride. When arriving home after I got the vehicle, I noticed T/P sensor on. I called Laura the next day and she scheduled a check for the following day which was successful and with minimal interruption with my schedule.

It Ivan be expensive to go to dealership for service but my experience with Laura was great and when I had an issue, she took care of the issue very quicky.
