My son James and I were in a complete bind. He had driven his Ford Explorer into a puddle that turned out to be a mud hole miles into the Pine Barrens. We tried pulling it out using my wife's xTerra, but the car didn't move an inch. Not knowing what to expect we drove down to Stohrers and were greeted by a friendly front office manager. He was unfased by our description of the situation and told us that they had a 4x4 with a winch that could get us out. We then met Mike, the tow truck operator, who said "Hey nice!" when we showed him the photo of James' truck deep in the mud. Long story short the tow truck followed us out to the stranded Explorer and had it back on solid ground within a few minutes.
