Did not put oil plug back in properly and took no accountability for damages
Malless is horribly unprofessional and do not stand behind their warranty. Performed the most basic of service, and oil change and did not place the oil plug back in properly. The oil leaked out, the motor ceased up and the car now needs a new motor. After multiple conversations with them Malless is taking no responsibility for the damages and we are left with a totaled car. They made no effort to accept or correct their blatant error. I would NOT recommend taking your car to them because of their lack of accountability and unprofessionalism. Malless is a a tragedy and a perfect example of auto mechanics that should not be trusted. DO NOT give MALLESS any business. They treated us very poorly!
