The day after purchasing the vehicle I discovered the windshield wipers not working properly, only worked on high. The vehicle had just been inspected a few days before that. They didn't care they say we gave you a service contract, I called their shop that does their work, they said that wouldn't be covered under your service contract. Now I'm stuck paying the bill myself, could be upwards of a $500 repair
