I have been a customer of Magnolia since the Dore family became owners. Their heartfelt belief that customer service should be JOB 1 has been demonstrated time and again. I have locked myself out of my car - I have found myself stranded by a flat tire and a dead battery. One quick call and Gary Dore sent the tow truck, collected me and the car and my problem was taken care of very quickly. AND I love the FREE card I got that allows me to get a FREE TOW. All I do is send in a copy of the bill and get the tow fee refunded. That's Great Customer Service!! I do recommend Magnolia Tire Pros 100% of the time every time I have an opportunity to do so.
