I came to Mac’s in need of a new battery and I was able to make an appointment for the next day! While I was there, Dave let me know of a couple things about my car that were also in need of attention. He didn’t try to upsell me, but just wanted me to have the information. He and Tosha, the shop manager, helped me figure out a plan for what was highest priority and what could be taken care of later- I really appreciated that! I’ll definitely be back!
