Great people, great service! Exceeded expectations!
My personal thanks to the team at Mackin's East Vancouver location, who took great care of me and my car!
Tracey was able to get me in for an estimate two days earlier than my insurance company had scheduled, and she extended great hospitality to my partner and me at the shop, answering all our questions. Eric and John were cheerful and professional during the initial walk around the car. They determined that the repair was likely minor and, if parts were available, could possibly be completed in one day. Eric was clear about what Mackin's would do to get us back on the road ASAP. John immediately set out to get the parts delivered the same day. Neither of them over promised, which I appreciate, and it was clear from their actions that they would do everything possible to make sure things were done right.
My insurance company had told me that it could take as long as three weeks to get my car back. The Mackin's team had me rolling in a good-as-new car in less than 36 hours! Well done! Thank you!
