Beware!
Beware of unscrupulous practices! I took my car here a few months ago, and the mechanic failed to show up until over 2 hours later. I know this because he came out to tell me that it was his fault that he was late. I didn't think anything of this, but 2 more hours latery car was finally finished. When I got my car all my stored data was erased, so no previous or stored destinations. I called and the receptionist stated that's how they reset the service light when they do oil changes, but when I told her it's just a button in the glove box she insisted that is their practice of resetting it. The owner was meh about it as well, but I just lost over 10 years worth of stored destinations with only so much as a well there's nothing we can do now attitude. Fast forward to today, and now I find out that they didn't even do the oil change because there was absolutely no oil on the dip stick, and there is NO oil leak. So it can't even be said that it all leaked out. I will never go here again since this could have caused serious damage to my vehicle because some mechanic was humiliated by having to tell me he was late for work and that's why my vehicle didn't get serviced and inspected. I just wonder if my light that was supposedly burnt out and replaced was really burnt out. This unscrupulous behavior should be a warning for those who need their car fixed properly! Your organization should be very ashamed for this behavior!
