Disappointing
I purchased my 2017 Santa Fe Sport from MJ Sullivan. I was very pleased with the service at the purchase and at all my service visits for the last 6 years. I called to make an appointment at 9:05AM on Monday because my car was not able to be driven. I was told there were no appointments for at least 2 weeks. I explained that I was going out of the country and needed to have it repaired before then so I could get to the airport among other things I needed to do. Adam transferred my call to Tim who I repeated the previous discussion to. He also said there were no appointments for two weeks. I asked if I could have a loaner. I was told there were no loaners although that was advertised on the recording when the initial call was answered. I again explained my predicament. I was put on hold. After a while, there was an automated recording asking for me to leave a message. I left a message for Tim. There was no call back. I hung up and called again leaving another message for Tim. There was no call back. I called again and spoke to Adam again. He apologized and transferred my call to Jeff. Jeff said I could have my car towed to MJ Sullivan on Wednesday, but he couldn’t promise when they would get to my car. I made the appointment. I then called another Hyundai dealer who gave me an appointment the next day. I then cancelled my appointment with MJ Sullivan. I was very disappointed as I had always gotten good service in the past.
