Enthusiastic customer

Thank you for another great year of car care. I feel welcomed from the time I call to make an appointment until I leave with my car at the end of the appointment. They keep me well informed of what is going on with my car and the cost of what they are doing. You can always talk to a person. No voice mail hell here. So happy to have found a garage with which I feel complete confidence in all that they do. Thank you to everyone who works here.

This place is no good

My name is Marisol
I was in Massachusetts from a long trip needed a simple oil change bc oil light came on, being I was in Easton I searched a place MG enterprises took it there where it was supposed to be in and out!!! Well no!
My Pontiac had no problems getting around, It never had lights on the dash, running smoothly
Truck made it here 7 hours just perfect!
I made the worst mistake of my entire life to take it to these ppl to do a simple oil change that turned into a disaster!
Being a young woman from another state I felt I was a victim of these mechanics who try to get money! I never had an oil change where I was asked so many questions! I had oil changes done for years! Never seen nothing like this disaster of just an oil change.
One guy mike said where u from? I said Upstate NY he said that truck needs major work! Mike putting fear in Me that it won't make a drive another 5 hours!
I was confused!
I didn't know what was going on and why he said that! I have family here in Massachusetts I'm not knew here, perhaps he thought I was just from out of state and can take advantage of me! Really MG enterprises !
I got into my truck, there was so many lights on my dash, engine light, throttle body light, ABS an the rest! I drive off the truck made a sound, as I drive further the gas petal didn't seem to pick up gas, I had to go pick up my son in carver right after, truck was loosing power! I managed to call my personal Mechanic fast back home which said the truck was definitely messed with the TB wiring! Bc perhaps they wanted to make money out of a young female from out of state! Next day truck stalled, I had to get a tow truck to tow it and get a rental to bring my son back and forth to work, I had two separate mechanic help me out for days to get my truck back to normal at no charge!! One mechanic finding out that the wire to the throttle body was messed with, I was so upset, finally one mechanic did a diagnosis and definitely some one pulled my plug to that TB! Now there are no lights on the dash and trucks running and picking up gas! When I get back home 7 hours away I will send you pictures that truck made it ! These ppl causes me so much stressed and inconveniences, wastes money in tow truck and rentals. Complete nightmare that should of never had happened to me!! Disappointed! What mechanic are capable of instead of helping they cause damage! It was unnecessary! Bc I'm from out of state don't mean I travel with cash so mechanic can get whatever they can out of me!

Great friendly customer service! The owner Mike took the time to talk with me when I dropped my truck off as well as when I picked it up. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Very knowledgeable, patient with customers

Usually going to the mechanic is a pain and really a stressful experience, but you get a different experience here. Waiting room is nice, stocked with coffee, couches and beverages. The owner, Mike is very friendly and down to earth, and its obvious he genuinely cares about you and your car. He takes pictures of all the parts damaged, rusted or in need of replacement and then recommends a service with a price quote. He lays it all out in a professional, nest report, email and printed. Not pushy at all, a pleasure to work with. I don't like to go anywhere else.

Friendly Dependable Service

My wife's car broke down whilst working. She depends heavily on her vehicle. As soon as I learned she needed immediate service I called Mike at MG. Mike and staff are always friendly and accommodating. They walked me through possible causes for the car failure and suggested I bring it down that day. They were able put it through the proper diagnostics , get it fixed, and send me on my way all within an hour. They did not disappoint. Other shops would require an appointment. Same day service, in a bind, is difficult for other shops to accommodate. Not for Mike and MG. You see, at MG it's all about relationships and great customer service. Mike is one of the rare ones who actually still cares about customers and providing the best affordable service. I trust Mike and the staff at MG with all my cars, and would not consider going anywhere else. Keep up the great work guys!!!

Oil change

I was very disappointed to find out my car care club coupons had expired- no one ever told me that they have an expiration date, what a rip off. For all the business I have brought to MG enterprises - they would not honor an expired coupon for my expensive transmission fluids change. I will not be back for future service

PS: I also wanted to mention that the Car Care Club is a membership rather than a Coupon. It has many discounts for a varying range of services. There are over $500.00 of discounts on the card. None of our customers have ever used all of them, but on average our Car Care Club members save $275.00 per year for a $119.00 Purchase. This in my opinion is not a "rip off"
