I drove the car maybe 200 miles and got stuck and needed to tow my Car which cost me time and $140.00 for 5 miles to their shop.
Now they replaced the Alternator for free and charged me for the cable to the Alternator $148.00 for a job they needed to do the first time right and by replacing the Alternator, why did they, supposedly knowing that the cable was bad , again.
It did cost me a new battery which was replaced by others another $ 240.00 and now I am finding out there was nothing wrong with my battery, so I have all these expenses be cause M&R did not do the right repair to begin with!
Disgusting what a rip off are the mechanics doing these days.
I sure will warn everyone not to to go to M&R
