Positive changes at Firestone
My son got my last oil change so I hadn’t been to Firestone in a while. Since I was due for another I called to get an estimate and I could hear a difference in how a customer is treated from previous visits. A much more pleasant voice someone who actually listen and worked with me. Went in for my appointment and the atmosphere was more pleasant. Personnel were more pleasant. Thank you!
