Notorious Lynnwood (WA)Honda
We dropped our 2019 Honda Hybrid accord that had some lights showing up on the dash screen. For four months they told us they were in contact with Honda technicians in Japan to figure it out. After almost 4 months, they called us and said there would be another $800 diagnostic cost on the top of then $898.20 with no guarantee of fixing and no timetable. We could not believe it. We refused and wanted to take them to the court. a mechanic fixed it with $455.45. Plus, when we went to pick up the car we noticed the car was in the same place that we visited 2 and half months earlier with flat tire and no touch at all. we been in other Hondas, we were okay with others, but heard the Lynnwood Honda is notorious.
