Lynnes service was great, but I would never lease another car with these low profile tires again. I had 2 flats within first 6 months, cost me over $450 for rim & 2 tires.

We appreciate your reply and the glowing endorsement! I fully empathize with you regarding the low profile tires. I don't know why they are made with such a short sidewall which provides no impact absorbing qualities at all, for the lousy pothole riddled roads we have in Jersey. There is an alternative that many customers have elected to purchase, which is a road hazard protection plan that will cover damaged rims and tires specifically for the reasons mentioned. You can obtain more information from our F&I dept manager Carlos if interested at 973-743-5100 or look online for companies that offer similar coverages.
