In the past, I've had my scheduled appointment forgotten. I've had my car AC "fixed" and had to go elsewhere and spend $480 to fix it afterwards. I've had my girlfriends tires marked and not be rotated by an employee. I've had my oil filter not replaced after checking. I've expressly started I didn't want a full service oil change, not received it but been charged(assuming neglectfully and unintentionally) I've given every ounce of forgiveness to stay loyal. Following the most recent issue with my vehicle AC not being fixed after spending money to do so, I decided to give one last chance with the business I've stayed loyal to, not just with myself, but with the business I work with localy, and have direct say over and send all my fleet vehicles to. A simple still functioning tail light that I discussed with Marty, the owner, that he wouldn't make an issue over during a phone call was made an issue. Not only will I never return on behalf of myself or the fleet, but my vehicles insurance was not validated by Lyco Lube during my visit, nor can be at this point after speaking with them in regards to this situation yesterday. That encompasses an illegal and invalid inspection and will be discussed with the appropriate entities to not only get my payment back, but to inform those that govern PA inspection stations of the illegal inspection. My last business was given yesterday to Lyco lube. Any further attempt to contact my insurance company or myself outside of reimbursent will be seen as harassment and dealt with by a PA entity, not myself.
