Abusive Online Rhetoric
I’m choosing not to recommend Bloomington Hyundai because one of their sales representatives is extremely vocal on social media and regularly posts racist, hateful political rhetoric and harasses people in public comment section and engaging in ABUSIVE behavior toward people in public commets.

That same person is also publicly identifying themselves as an employee of Bloomington Hyundai, it reflects poorly on the dealership. It’s a public reflection of your brand. I don’t trust a business that tolerates that from customer-facing staff.

I’m not interested in giving my money to a company whose public-facing staff behaves using that abusive behavior towards others that way online. Employees represent a brand, whether it’s on the showroom floor or on Facebook. This kind of conduct sends a clear message about the culture the company tolerates.

Until Bloomington Hyundai demonstrates that they take professionalism and basic respect seriously, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
