Going to Lump and Sons was unplanned but they were able to make time for me right away. I was frustrated to find out that my car would not go into reverse, but when I called Peter he was able to reassure me we would find an answer. When I brought the car in he was fair and honest in the work I would need. We had a discussion about how to move forward in getting my car needs met. My husband and I plan to make Lumpp and Sons our go to mechanic.
