I was pleased with everything except the high charge for CHeck Engine Light. I already had told you this was just checked at Autozone and gave you the report with codes when the appointment was made.

Thank you for the review Norma! We are extremely upset that you thought we overcharged for your diagnostic. When autozone retrieves a code we must still do a full diagnostic. Evap and emission codes are very tedious and time consuming as we have to check the entire system for leaks and or faulty valves/solenoids etc. We usually charge a full hour for diagnostics. We did not charge you full price for the diagnostic since you have been such a long time loyal customer! Please don't hesitate to reach out to us anytime you think something in the price or repair was not right! We love each and every customer and would NEVER overcharge for any of our repairs/diagnostics.
