I wouldn't even give 1 star but its the lowest rating. I took my vehicle there as it was stalling. They diagnosed the issue to be a ECM module. After waiting 5 hours and having to call for status i was told the part isn't carried by the dealer any longer. They had to search for the after market part and get back to me. I did research myself finding it with a life time warranty. They called an hour later saying they found it and the cost for the part replaced with only a 3 year warranty would run me 846 dollars. I found the part for $118 with a life time warranty preprogrammed as well. They wanted to charge me 846 for a plug and play module and give me 3 a years warranty. I had also asked them to check my drivers side rear brake light. They told me that would run $321 dollars and needed to replace both sides even thought the other side worked. I found the parts for $65 dollars. They want $321 for the parts which only had 4 screws to replace them. After asking Max what I owed, $141 and change for diagnosing the ECM issue I told him not do replace it and i would pick up the vehicle in the am. The next day i went there picked it up drove it home only to find from my brother following behind me that the drivers brake light assembly was missing off the vehicle. Never again would i do business with this place. I ordered the part online and replaced it myself for $118.
