I’ve been going here for some time yesterday reconfirmed why. I spoke with Hal who checks you in. I asked him to align my car because a dealer whom I had recently gone to for warranty work suggested I needed one. After I described to Hal how my car was behaving (shaking steering wheel upon braking at higher speeds) he said he could align it but the problem was not misalignment. Trusting Hal’s judgment I took his advice address the shaking and told him to check the tires for wear in case an alignment was needed. Sure enough Hal was right and the problem was fixed without spending $400 needlessly to balance and align my car.
