Simply patch on tire took to long

We apologize for the delay you experienced with your tire patch, We had two employees running behind that morning. This is not an excuse but to give some insight it does not usually take that long. I do apologize about the 15 minute delay. Once the vehicle was started on, your time from the vehicle being checked in and leaving was 30 minutes. This is average time.  Your feedback is important to us, and we will work on improving our service times and a better back up plan for if someone is running behind. Your experience is our top priority! We hope to be able to serve you again without hickups in the future!
