Drove an hour to see a specific used vehicle with the intention of purchasing it. List price on the internet was $15K went to negotiate and they add $4000 in "reconditioning fee". This fee is NOT listed on the internet in any small print. Plus on the offer sheet this fee was hidden on away from all the other normal taxes, tag, and other fees. The manager was not interested in negotiating stating he "could sell the vehicle to a wholesaler for more." I told him go ahead but was not true since it had been on his lot from more than 60 days and the price has dropped 4 times. The fact that NOT ONE OTHER PERSON was in the showroom on a weekend should have been my first clue. Don't know how they stay in business and will never go back or recommend them !!!
