We made an appointment to see a specific vehicle at the dealership. We drove over an hour to get there only to learn that the vehicle was offsite and that the only way we could see it was to negotiate the terms to purchase the vehicle. Then and only then would they make arrangements to let us see the vehicle. This is unbelievable! I will never waste my time with this dealership again!
