Great customer service. Awesome work
I had an engine light on. Miss fire on cylinder 6. Changed out all 6 spark plugs and replaced one ignition coil. Had the oil and filter changed and tire rotation. Had it all done in a few hours and comparable price. Excellent communication after diagnostics. Highly recommend Lolo’s Garage.

Chance oil change
Stopped in last minute on a chance they’d do an oil change for me. Took me in. Showed me prior engine air filter which in the end didn’t need replacing. Saved me money. Gotta like that. From $133.00 down to $88.. these guys are honest & that’s something that goes a long way

Don’t trust pricing
See yelp review too. Spoke with Josh to get a quote on winter tire swap on Monday…two days ago. Explained the tires were already on the rims and needed no further balancing, etc. He quoted me $25 for a rotation, which I confirmed with VIP is the industry standard… They are simply taking the tires off and putting the summer tires on. Made appointment for today, Wednesday. His boss, not sure if he’s the owner, stated that he wanted more for the swap and they tried to charge me $45 indicating that they do more than a rotation, but couldn’t tell me exactly what. While they honored the $25 it wasn’t without a struggle and argument on who said what when. Then they tried to tell me that they raised the prices since I made the appointment two days ago. I have three cars, and I will not be taking any one of them to Lolo’s. I am never going back. Don’t trust them!

Replace starter
Rich was excellent. It was closing time and our car wouldn’t start. They looked at it and had to replace starter. Did the job the next day. Great service and will be back for more work.
