Very unhappy costumer
Prior to taking our car in for transmission work , we had the front end aligned . We took our car in to "Logans" and waited for them to fix . Over 9 weeks we got the call to come pick it up . We live over 60 miles away and when my wife got home , she was shaking and in tears . " the car is all messed up " is all I could understand . I took it for a drive and within a block I knew something was wrong . "Logans" do not work weekends so I took it to a real mechanic and he said the car should never have been put on road with front end so far out of alignment. Why didn't "Logans" alignment before putting it on road , or maybe even state on invoice it needs aligning . They put two people's lives in danger because they didn't do their job . I will never use them again and hope the word gets out that this is nor a place to take your car .
