The sliding glass door to my back patio had two problems. First, the locking lever was loose, so sometimes if you closed the door, the lever would fall on its own, potentially locking you out (if you closed it from outside). The other issue was, it had no lock mechanism, so if I chose to exit the house from the slider, I could not lock it.
Dennis came over the same day I called him, and knew exactly what to do to fix the problems. First, he added a spring to the lever to give it the tension it needed to prevent it from falling on its own. Then, to my amazement, he was able to add a lock cylinder to the handle. Now I can lock it when I exit from that door, and not worry about anyone helping themselves in.
His price was very reasonable, he was very communicative, and his work was excellent! I'd recommend him in a heartbeat!
