Eat here if you want cold food and to be ignored!
They deserve no stars, but I had to give at least one! By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced, the order was not correct, and the food was cold because it sat for a long time at the bar. First time going to Local Cantina. I ordered takeout. When I arrived I was directed to the bar. There was a man standing in front of me waiting. There were three people behind the bar and not one of them acknowledged us. After 10 minutes of waiting, an employee came out with two to go orders and put them behind the bar. It took five more minutes for a bartender to acknowledge the guy in front of me. One of the bags was his. I then stood another 10 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. The bar was not busy. Of course they were making drinks for tables, but someone should've made eye contact and said I'll be right with you. I was told my order wasn't ready and that since I still had 5 minutes until my order was technically ready I was asked to wait outside. I came back in and the bag that had now been there for 20 minutes behind the bar was still there. No one acknowledged me. Waited another 5 minutes and the girl asked for my name again. She turned and grabbed the bag that had been sitting there for 25 minutes!!!!! I said "are you joking?" My food had been sitting there the whole time and no one cared. Got home it was cold and soggy. The food was thrown in a box and it looked like a big mess! It was disgusting and a waste of money!!!!!! I am very patient. I eat out to support businesses during covid. I have owned a business. I have a daughter who is a waitress (by the way she works at Condados at Easton and the service is amazing. I highly recommend it!). This was blatant disrespect! I had no problem waiting. Someone should've acknowledged us in line waiting for our food. They should've apologized for making me wait for my food that was ready and sitting behind the bar for 25 minutes. They didn't even apologize for giving me cold food. WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN AND WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THS PLACE!!!!!
