This was my second time at LMT. I appreciated Mark's clear explanation of what he found and its implications for the longevity of the car (a 2006 Honda), which really helped me make the decision to sell. He was very clear about what he knew and what he could not predict for sure. I don't know about prices because frankly I haven't done my homework on that. However, both times I took my car to them I found courteous competent people who were also able to communicate very clearly with someone who doesn't understand cars very well. I also appreciate that they gave me a ride home when I left the car.
