I had a 1pm appointment that was scheduled the previous week. Upon arrival at 1250pm I was told that there were multiple cars ahead of me. Juan came up and asked what work was scheduled and promptly took my car in and performed work (rotate and balance tires). He was professional, friendly and helpful. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes.
