Bought a brand new 2024 Palisade Calligraphy Night Edition June 25, 2024.
Great experience with the salesman Johnny. Next day I started having issues with it. That Friday on June 28 it got towed to Hyundai. I have had a loaner the whole time, but thats beside the point. Received a call from Eric from service that evening saying he was going to look at it on the following Monday. Did that happen? Of course it didn't. I called and it still hadn't been looked at. Finally I was told it was the transmission, they had to get the ok from Hyundai and then the transmission would be ordered. Weeks go by, ETA changes. Now I'm told its on back order. I've been in contact with corporate this whole time, they are as much help as service is. NONE!! They don't communicate with you just as well as the service dept at Hyundai Odessa. The transmission was never on back order, always readily available according to Corporate. So here we are today, October 1st, 2024, 3 MONTHS later and still no vehicle. Apparently the transmission is there but not ETA on when it will be fixed, because guess what they have big projects they're working on according to the service guy I spoke with today. I didn't catch his name. The service dept. and corporate are the worst people I've ever dealt with. They lack communication, have no customer service skills and have no urgency to get anything done, fixed, communicated.... This is a whole lot nicer than what I had in mind to post , but steer clear. If your car breaks down good luck getting it back in a timely manner or having anyone communicate with you about the status of the repairs!! Good luck!!
