Other places would have made that additional work mandatory prior to inspection and would’ve soaked me for a ton of money. Lisi’s Towing did the exact opposite. They passed my truck. The work was optional.
I asked the gentleman at the counter. How much would it cost to fix your additional work and made me a super fair deal I couldn’t resist.
I got a phone call two hours later say my truck was done.
Overall, I’m extremely pleased with Leahy’s Towing. The company is great, and so are their mechanic
The last point I want to make in a very important reason why I use at least Towing is because during 2020 my kid was locked in the house they were in Covid. My poor kid missed his birthday and he was super sad that he had to cancel his friends. My wife got a hold of Lisi Towing and they did a full on birthday parade with like 15 tow trucks. It seemed like they had a whole convoy of them outside my house for like 15 maybe 20 minutes it made my kids, super happy and me as well.
