The service was great!! Monica did an amazing job of getting our camper in right away and in making sure things were fixed properly!! Thank you Monica!! And the repairman Glenn was equally incredible!! He didn’t have to take the time to help a (camper) newbie to understand how and what to do, but he went above and beyond my expectations!! Thank you both for all you did!!

New 2017 Minnie Winnie
First time experience buying a motorhome. Josh was waiting right by my motorhome to show me how everything operates and asked for feed back after each presentation. I was pleased with how patient he was and having many interruptions from a family member. That did not deter him, he just kept on with instructions about the things I needed to know. He was professional and engaging with this new owner.
He had me drive over to the gas station to fill my tank and made me back up my 32 foot motorhome when I was to far away from the pumps.
Josh is a good guy and can be funny and he is very serious about his job.
I would recommend Links RV in Rice lake to any new owner.

John said he was not completely satisfied with his overall purchase experience because they told him the camper would be ready to go and it would be clean. However, it was not ready to go and it was not delivered clean. It was dirty on the inside and the outside. Josh was a nice guy and he enjoyed working with him. John would recommend that they follow through on their service.

Jerrold said there is a flaw in the cover above the window, this business said they would get someone to fix it but never did. He mentioned there are about 30 staples sticking out and he has young chidren he is concerned about being injured by the staples. Overall, he was okay with the experience.
