Linhard's Auto Repair is a complete auto repair facility and 24-7 towing service, family owned and operated by Kathy Linhard.
Linhard's Auto Repair has a nine-bay repair shop with ASE Certified Master Technicians, ASE Certified Service Manager, Maryland State Inspectors and ASE Certified Light Duty Truck Technicians. The company does towing for independent auto shops, new car dealerships, as well as accident towing. Linhard's also moves equipment, sheds, building materials and anything that fits on its trucks. We should not have let you leave without you understanding what was done to your car. I am sorry that happened. We did not sevice your vehicle. You had asked for oil change. However we did not do that because of the tranamission being bad. (you where not charged for oil change) You came in with steering issue and gear switching problem.
Since power steering fluid was low, we topped that off to check it. (you were not charged for power steering fluid).
You were charge a half hour check out charge. That is the minimum charge in diagnosing a vehicle. Which was your transmission was bad. I hope this helps you understand what was done with your vehicle. If you have any other questions, please call we would be happy to talk with you. Thank you, Kathy

Linhard's stand by the work they do. We have been plugging tires for over 40 years, it is not a temporary fix.
However, If you can bring the truck back and drop it off we could patch your tire. It is not a job that you can wait for.
The tire has to be taken off, broke down, patch from inside, remount and put back on. You came in witout appointment, waiting. We tried to get you back on the road fast. I believe your comment when you paid your bill was "You plugged it, I could have done that at home". You did not ask for us to redo the job. Linhard's would be happy to put a patch on for you.
