Great experience with the sales team at Liberty Hyundai
We recently purchased a new car from the team at Liberty Hyundai and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. We started our search by looking through different car dealership websites, Liberty Hyundai were the only team to call us to ask if we wanted to come into the showroom for a tour around their inventory. Having visited the showroom a few times now, the staff are very polite and professional and the showroom is very spacious and clean. In fact we have a 20 month old toddler and they were always welcoming with her, they were very child friendly. The sales person (Mike) walked us through the cars and he was knowledgeable and not at all pushy. This was around the time of Omicron and they had precautions in place, Mike even gave us the option to talk further over the phone without having to go to the showroom. When it came time to make a decision, Mike looked through the inventory to make sure we got the car we wanted at the right trim level and how long in would take to be delivered, as is the case with supply chains right now. After agreeing financial terms, a different team member took us through add-ons to the warranty which was again very informative and not at all aggressive. After picking up the car, Mike was in touch a few days later to make sure everything was ok. We could not be happier with our new car and if anyone is interested in the new Hyundai line you should give Liberty a visit at the Mahwah location.
