1999 Honda Civic Oil Leaks, Timing belt and Water Pump Replacement
Steve and Edgar are both easy to work with and are skilled technicians. We had an extensive list of repairs and they explained the process well. I wanted to use either OEM parts or equivalent for this vehicle. They understood and reassured me that they stood behind their work and would use quality parts to keep me safely on the road.

Problem Fixed + 100k Service Completed
Was already planning to take in my 2008 Cadillac CTS for its 100k service (changing AC Delco Platinum Spark Plugs). Happened to develop an issue just prior to bringing it in that I thought was a transmission slippage issue. I waited a couple days to bring it in, as my wife's car was in the Paint Shop and we were down to 1 car only. Then my car presented a Check Engine Light, and Steve ran a diagnostic, indicating a bad coil on cylinder #3. Steve pointed out that the car required removal of the 2 piece intake manifold in order to replace the spark plugs--and since that was also required to change the coils, he would change all 6 of the coils for just the extra parts cost. Once completed, they called to report that the car ran great and did not have any transmission-related issues. In short, they saved me thousands of dollars and my Caddy is running smooth and fast once again.

Oil change plus
Took the Silverado in for an oil change and general checkup. Fluids were checked and topped up. Asked Steve to see what could be done about a loosening headliner and he put in some time to glue edges around the windshield and side doors back into place. Would have had him smog test it, but it requires STAR testing.
