I came to Lia with the intention on buying something I saw online. When I got there I was notified it was sold so I was a little disappointed. Wayne was very helpful with another option that happened to be my favorite color. At first, I was unsure about the car because it was more money. However, Wayne made me feel comfortable enough to take a risk and make the purchase. Wayne did not make me feel pressured at all. He explained certain things I did not understand very clearly. Overall I enjoyed the experience and the feeling of becoming a first time car owner.
