Terrible
My car had a battery issue at 11k miles. It had to be repaired under warranty for months. I was promised (recorded phone) that since there's no loaner cars I should rent a car and I will be reimbursed. After months and months of fighting to reimbursed, I was just given a final denial because I rented from a local rental instead of a "National rental company like enterprise". I specifically asked about this before the rental and I was told to rent locally.
I am now thousands of dollars in the hole because of a mechanical issue that turned up at 11k miles.
