I feel comfortable with the service provided. The cost came in $700-800 less than the dealer quoted me.
One thing I feel could be improved upon is the lack of notification regarding the 3% they added to the final bill as a credit card surcharge. I don't like surprises. When I saw the total on the detailed receipt I assumed that was the total. It was only once I got home and was reviewing the paperwork again that I saw the surcharge. Tell the customer upfront about and let them decide in advance.
