Absolute shit dealership to purchase a vehicle. I recently purchase a used Sonata from Hyundia dealership in Owings Mills. The dealership installed the temporary tag on the vehicle using the wrong bolts and cross threaded them into the clips that hold the tag on. I received my metal tag and when it went to install it using a shock and ratchet the clips can out with the bolts. Now I have no way to mount the tag onto the vehicle. I talked with your General Manager Walt, and he states he will not cover this and somehow says it's my fault. I did not install the temporary tag, cross threading the bolts causing this issue. The other issue is I live about an hour from the dealership in PA and I was told the vehicle could not be picked up because of where I live. No one seemed to have a problem cashing my check from PA but when it comes to service it's an issue. If I could have given zero stars I would have!
