Poor Customer Service and Lack of Competency in Service Department
I scheduled for free oil change and service 4 months in advance because it is difficult to schedule. I brought my car in and my service advisor reached out to me. When I replied with questions or tried to call, the phone just rang and rang - no response.

After picking up my car for service, the auto shutoff engine light turned amber. The manual said take to dealer. I called the Len Stoler Hyundai dealer back to bring the car back in to check the light. They said they do not do any diagnostics and could not look at my car.

Then, I checked the oil. Apparently, a Len Stoler Hyundai oil change does not include putting new oil in. An oil change is a fairly simple procedure -- drain oil, put in new filter, add oil. The Len Stoler Hyundai service team was not aware of the 'add oil' part of the process.

I called again and all I got was ringing phone.

I highly suggest that all customers avoid Len Stoler Hyundai at all costs unless you are just looking to buy the car there. My purchasing experience was satisfactory. The service department does not do any service, does not know what an oil change entails, and never picks up or responds to its customers.

Poor Customer Service in Service Department
If I could do zero stars-I would have done that!
Took the car in today for recall work-told it would take 1.5-2.0 hours.
After over 2 hours I checked and was told NO ONE HAD EVEN LOOKED AT THE CAR!
Of course the service manager blames the "kids" who were to work on the car-but if he is the "manager" obviously he is not doing his job!
So after 3 hours -drove the car out and had to drive it right back-as the steering wheel made noise, Told this was another recall issue! Easy to shift the blame for poor workmanship while being worked on since it was there for RECALL WORK!!
Now I dread that I need to take my Elantra back there next week to waste more time for their complete incompetence.
I could never see going back there to buy another Hyundai-when their service department is the worst!

Shysters!!!
My experience with Jayden, the salesman was great. He was nice and not pushy; however the mangers above his pay grade were shysters. The Mazda6 was advertised as $20,777 on a Friday. The next day it was advertised as $20,477. I received a call from Jayden inquiring about how I felt about buying the car. I told him that I saw the price of the car cheaper today. He explained that the price had been lowered. I then inquired if the car price could be lowered $477 to make the price $20,000. He told me he would call me back in a few hours after talking to the manager. The manager called me back and I told him I wanted to purchase the car for $20,000. I saw the same car in Lanham, Md for that price. He lead me to believe that wasn't a problem. He said he needed to talk to a finance manager. The finance manager called me and told me I could buy the car for $20,000 ONLY IF I purchased a $3,000 Portfolio Protection Plan (Extended Warranty) and GAP coverage. I told him I was interested in GAP, but no way would I pay an additional $3,000 to save $477. This man continued the nonsense, by saying that the dealership over paid for the car. I told him that wasn't my fault. Why should I pay for your mistake? My issue is don't try to force me into paying for something I don't desire, because I am interested in buying a car from your establishment. My money SPENDS ANY and EVERYWHERE!!!!

The craziness
I will NEVER take my car back here! I took my car on Aug.16,2022. I just got my car back Oct.26,2022 and the only reason I got my car back is because I went up to the shop to ask them to release my car. The guy that was servicing my car avoided my calls all I wanted to know was if they figured out why my car kept cutting off. I kept it more professional than the service employee. My car was held hostage for 2 months only to still have the same problem now. I’m looking into finding another mechanic. Ridiculous

ALMOST GREAT
Provided EXCELLENT service response to a repeat-customer who was in crisis. Greeted by a surprise "light show" when I tried to start my 2016 Santa Fe Sport 2.0T. Would not start, so I had it towed to the Service Dept. Turned out to be a failed battery. While at this shop, I had the spark plugs changed (64K miles). PRO: All work was done within 2 days! Only CON: I now get about 4miles per gallon less (??) Looking into this.

Knocking steering wheel
I had a safety issue going on with my 2013 Sonata. My steering wheel was knocking and the car seemed to slide when turning. I was a bit upset after I called to make an appointment because I was given a total different day and time than what the confirmation sent to my email stated. When I arrived to get my car serviced I was greeted by Kelly. He was very professional. Kelly informed me of the time it would take to complete the work needed and offered to have the courtesy shuttle take me home and pick me up when the work was completed. Everything was explained from what was needed for my car, the cost and time it would take. I left without anxiety or headache after paying. I will be returning again to Len Stoler Hyundai for all my maintenance. It was a great experience.
