I had a recent recall on my GV70, at first the parts had to be shipped in but after all that Sarai from Genesis and Customer relations Manager Neela took care of the rest. I appreciate the fact that they took my job into consideration and worked on the car during my rest hours. My car was picked up and dropped off on time.
