A used 2014 Mercedes Benz CLA 250 with a questionably cheap asking price had been advertised by this dealer for 3 months. We telephoned from 1 hour and 15 minutes away and spoke to Robin. She said drive right down and connected me with James at the used car lot on 333 State Street. He said drive here and we will have the car out to display for you. We left immediately and after 1 hour of driving with 15 minutes until our arrival, James telephoned the car was sold. Bait and Switch or an unbelievable coincidence? We tried to stay away from out of state dealers with unbelievable prices because of these same tactics. Just another 1 star dealer.
