Just horrible! They lied constantly all through their presentation.
According to the FTC Consumer Protection Law targeting older adults, scammers send mailers to invite them to in-person presentations. There, they use pressure tactics to get people to sign up for their bogus services right away, which is exactly what they did. They told us that we could not get out of our timeshare without their significant legal help and if we did not sign up that night, we would permanently lose the opportunity to do that.
They gave us an exorbitant price for their services but my research found that our timeshare company has a group of exit specialists that would help us do that AT NO COST, so their statements were patently false.
The above constitute Unfair Business Practices and lead me to the conclusion that I was a victim of Fraud.
And don't let that A rating with the Better Business Bureau influence you. All it means is that they respond to complaints, not that they actually do anything about them.
