I understand that I pay a bit more for my services at Left Coast Diesel, and I do not mind that at all. Here’s an example why! While heading out of town to my daughters wedding in SoCal I my turbo went out in my 6.7L. I limped in to their shop fully expecting a big bill. It was an hour before the shop even opened, but the guys saw me and came out to see what I needed help. They lifted the hood and found a bad clamp on one of the pipes. Within 15 mins I was on the road … no charge! They knew me, they knew my trucks history, and they took care of a customer in a bind. That is the sign of a good shop that cares about its customers and stands behind their work. Needless to say I made it to my daughter’s wedding on time!
